Data releases

Each release is a frozen set of totals from the decoy apps. Counts under five visitors are withheld, figures run at least 24 hours behind real time, and nothing identifies a visitor, a network or a decoy. Every release includes a checksum list and a script that checks the files and rebuilds the figures table.
